I use it when I write essays, reports. There are very much information, and maybe at first time it is hard to use it. But I highly recommend this website :)

Dictionaries online (mini-presentations)

1. Babylon 8 dictionary

Can be download in computer. Very complete. Translation is in english and also in estonian. It gives you all kind of dictionaries in web. Can translate a hole text or website. It has a speller. Translation gives you information about the word, if it is a verb, adjective or a noun, singular or plural form, even how is the vord used in different tenses.

2. Google translate

It is quick and easy. Can also translate hole text or website. Can listen the pronunciation, but I don't prefer it beacause it gives sometimes unfull answers.

3. Dictionary.com

There are daily crossword, which is quite good to remembering words. It has Encuclopedia and Translator. Gives a lot of articles about the word you search.

4. Aare.pri.ee

Answers are full and complete. I have used it many years beacause it's easy to use, but there aren't always definations.

Free translator/dictionary which can be saved into your computer.Really useful,shows every tenses or words different forms(singular,plural ; present simple,past simple,etc).When reading a text and having problems with some words meaning, mark the sentence you want to translate and make a left mouse click.It translates the word automatically.Has opportunity to listen how to spell every word.Trustful and the most comprehensive dictionary I found.

2. Cambridge dictionaries online

Free translator,easy to use.Gives the word you looked for and also gives opportunity to see for example it's different forms.Has opportunity to listen the word and also gives the pronounce.One more advantage-gives examples of words and shows the different meanings inside sentence.Despite of that,not so complete as the first dictionary described.


3.Dictionary.com
English-English

Gives full list of every words different forms(synonyms,related words,nearby words) and also gives examples how each word can be used.Seems not so trustful,maybe because of the commercials flashing everywhere on the site,but description of the words is still full.
