1. In my opinion this journal is for specialists, scientists and people who are interested in this subject. This magazine's role is to fill the gap between the specialized primary journals and general trade magazines by focusing on the most promising new research developments and their current and potential food industry applications in a readable, scientifically rigorous way.
2. Language in this journal is readable. It's somewhere in the middle of difficult and easy.
3. This is an official journal of the European Federation of Food Science and Technology (EFFoST), and the International Union of Food Science and Technology (IUFoST). You can read it via ScienceDirect.com and that makes it reliable.
4. Navigation is quite easy. You can choose between advanced search and expert search. Also there is table of contents available.
5. I like this magazine because it has many interesting articles, reviews and new points of view in it.
1)This journal is ment for specialists. 2)The language iś very difficult because most of the words are very specific. 3)I think that this text is quite reliable because it is made by medical doctors. 4)It was very easy to find. 5)I did´not like that the text was difficult to read. But the text was very interesting. 6)There were no advertisements. 7)metabolic-ainevahetus energy expenditure-energia kulu economical pace- ökoloogiline jälg /samm durations -vältus,kestvus
1.This journal is mostly ment for people interested in healthy lifestyle. 2.Language in this journal was not so difficult, but there were some specific words. 3.In my opinion it is quite reliable, because it is made by scientists. 4.It is quite easy to find the text that you were looking for. 5.One of the good things that I liked was, there were graphics related with the text, they helped to understand the text . 6.There were no advertisements. 7.Hybridization – hübridiseerimine, ristamine Herbicide – herbitsiid, taimemürk One of the key roles – üks olulisemaid rolle Growing area – kasvav piirkond
http://www.teaandcoffe.net 1)it is for both : specialists (loads of facts) and also for people who are intrested in the subject 2)Text contains some difficult words but overall it is understanable without translating the harder words. 3)Seems reliable. Since the journal is owned by a big food processing company, i doubt that they would risk heir reputation with some non-reliable journals. 4)not so easy to fing things. the whole journals design is based on a magazine design, meaning that journal actually looks like a (zoomable) magazine where you can turn pages. if you are looking for a specific paragraph, you have no other option but to turn all the pages until you find it. 5)I actually liked the design (even though it may not be as easy to find things) 6)Since it is owned by buhler company, the pages are filled with selfadvertising. din't disturb me. actually they were quite tasteful. 7) coffe brewing - kohvi jahvatamine based entirely on taste - ainult maitsel põhinev
1)The magazine is for the people interested in the subject more than specialists as it is more like an public information
2)The language is understandable but I would not say it is either hard or easy something in between.
3)In my opinion the magazine is very reliable as National Geographic has a worldwide reputations. Authors of the texts are various science and wildlife journalists. The author of my text is Jennifer Ackerman.
4)It is rather easy to find things in this magazine as there is a search system and distinguishable navigation bars.
5)There wasn't anything I didn't like about the magazine. I liked that the texts in the journal are understandable despite the fact the articles are about scientific subjects.
6)There are advertismets, as there are some on every page nowdays but it is reasonable and in fact quite interesting, some of the banners even made me click them
1. This magazine is for specialists and also people who are intrested in how the technology improves. 2. Language is quite easy, not difficult. But it depends on article, some articles has more specific language. 3.From my point of view, it is very reliable, because some of the articles has written the creaters of new technology 4.It is easy to find things. If you open the page, then you see below all kind of articles and if you choose from the menu new products then you also see the history of articles. Also you can move on to tthe blog. 5. I like that the language is quite easy. easy to understand and also the aricles give you a new knowledge. They are helpful. 6.For me there are too many advertisments. 7.dairy farmers-piimatootjad vegetable growers- köögivilja kasvatajad

2)Text contains some difficult words but overall it is understanable without translating the harder words.
3)Seems reliable. Since the journal is owned by a big food processing company, i doubt that they would risk heir reputation with some non-reliable journals.
